The Map: Course workbook
Thirteen lessons on reading index futures structure, writing four scenarios before the open, and the rule behind The Map’s calls.
The Map reads where price sits in its structure: the swings that set the trend, the breaks that change it, the sweeps that take a level and give it back, and the range between them, with NQ and ES side by side.
Members see it in two forms on the daily read. The morning map comes before the open: a chart, the levels that matter today, and four scenarios, each with the level that decides it. The calls come during the session, when The Map’s rule acts. The calls follow a fixed rule. The morning map is a read of the same structure and does not decide them, so the backtest figures belong to the calls alone.
This is the least proven of the three rules. Its backtest holds up only on the period it was tuned on and was about break-even on earlier data, so it trades small, next to The Open and The Close. See the numbers. Where we have tested something, the lesson says what the testing found, including when it found nothing.
